Brivibas 151 is a new 8 floor granite-clad building, featuring large interior spaces that offer flexibility in build-out.
This all new building has around 10,000 gross square meters. The first floor will house retailers, the upper floors will offer office spaces.
The building has two main entrances, from Brivibas and Cesu street. Two other entrances are in the round part of the building on Cesu street and in the glass tower.
The building has 5 elevators, one of them servicing directly from the underground parking to the premise door.
This will allow tenants to go directly from their cars to their offices without going outside.
The building has a triangular shape, unique architectural features including an interior sky-lit atrium and a beautiful glass tower at the point of the triangle. From the tower, tenants will have a stunning view of North Brivibas Street.
Because it is all new construction, premises can be built out according to the tenant specifications to insure maximum space efficiency. The sizes of the floors vary from 900 m2 to 1,200 m2.
